EYELASH EXTENSION TRAINING

CLASSIC LASH EXTENSION is a method where only 1 lash extension is glued to 1 natural lash. This method is also known as 1 to 1 lash application. Classic lash extensions are perfect for clients who already have a lot of lashes and want to add more length and thickness to resemble the mascara look. This look can vary from natural to dramatic depending on the original amount of lashes that the client has. The most common thickness used for classic lashes are .15mm and .20mm.

VOLUME LASH EXTENSION is a method where the lash technician picks up more than one very thin lash, fans it out and applies it to a single natural eyelash

This delicate procedure requires the lash technician to isolate one natural eyelash at a time before attaching the extensions to prevent lashes from sticking together. The end result still allows each natural lash to move individually. Volume lashes are lighter, fluffier and give the client a much fuller look. Volume lashes are perfect for clients who don't have a lot of lashes, have sparse, very thin lashes and bald spots or clients who want a more dramatic, luscious look without having to use a thicker lash. The lash extensions used in this method are significantly thinner than the lash extensions used for the classic lash method. The most common thickness used for volume lashes are .05mm, .07mm and .10mm.

TRAINING INFORMATION

Basic Classic classes are 7-8 hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Model must be provided by student.

Mannequin will also be provided

*** Students must have good close up eyesight and adequate vision aids. Bad or blurred vision will interfere with the proper placement of the lash.

PREREQUISITES

Professional Cosmetology or Esthetician License is required to enroll in training.

*** The California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology requires all students to have a professional cosmetology or esthetician license to work in the salon. Please check with your state for rules and regulations.

***Students are required to provide proof of student status or state license.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a non-refundable charge of $200 should you cancel your training less than five (5) days prior to your scheduled training date If you do not cancel your training prior to the training date, we will not be able to refund your training fee.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

Each student will be required to complete a set of eyelash extension which met the criteria outlined in training workshop. Students will provide their own models. (This will make it easier for students to arrange for additional practices for refills at their own convenient time.) Upon completion, student will receive an official Eyelash Extension Training Certificate if they successfully meet the objectives for Certification.

TUITION: $650 (saving of $150)

(Included Eyelash Extension Training $500 and Basic Training Kit $300)
