What is your Cancellation Policy?

You may cancel your appointment without charge as long as you cancel 24 hours before your appointment time.

Please give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you cannot make it to your appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee.

Same day cancellations will be subject to full price of service, failure to pay fee will prevent you from making future appointments.

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.

What is your Confirmation Policy?

As a courtesy, we will send out text notifications to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date.

Please ensure that we have your current email address and cell phone number on file in order to be able to reach you in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
